Site Update - 18 June 2008

For those that haven't seen it - here's a picture of the driveway from the public road that will lead up to the gateway into out house:

Most of the Steel for the raft (floating) foundation has arrived. We're now waiting on a guy to tie the steel:

In preparation for the raft foundation the house site was dug out to a depth of 3 foot approx, and then filled with hardcore (stone). The Steel and concrete will then go on top of this:

And our garage now has a floor, so that should be starting to get blocked very soon, and will start to look like a real building:
